Fluquid® FCM-180E is a next-generation, eco-friendly fluorinated liquid designed for thermal management in electronics. With excellent insulation, low surface tension, non-flammability, and no PFAS content, it offers high material compatibility and meets strict environmental standards, making it ideal for semiconductor and reliability testing applications.
Fluquid® FCM-180E is a medium-to-high boiling point HFO-based fluorinated organic liquid. Its excellent dielectric strength, low surface tension, broad material compatibility, and inherent flame resistance make it an ideal heat transfer medium. Moreover, it is free of PFAS substances, has zero ozone depletion potential (ODP), and an extremely low global warming potential (GWP), positioning it as an eco-friendly next-generation alternative to traditional PFAS-based fluorinated fluids. It is widely used in semiconductor wafer fabrication, electronic reliability testing, immersion cooling for energy storage systems, and many other thermal management applications.
